A little about me

Mehmetcan Kılınç
The person behind the pixels.

Hey, I'm Mehmetcan, a Computer Engineering graduate and full-stack mobile developer. I have approximately two years of experience building cross-platform mobile applications with React Native and Expo, working with tools and libraries like NativeWind, Firebase, Supabase, Zustand, React Navigation and Redux to deliver seamless user experiences.

During this time, I've also been focusing on backend development. I build scalable APIs using ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core, and use Supabase when a managed backend fits better, applying Clean Architecture and Vertical Slice Architecture principles to ensure maintainable systems.

I've shipped apps to both the App Store and Google Play, and I handle the full release process myself: CI/CD with GitHub Actions, OTA updates with CodePush and EAS, and App Store Optimization (keywords, listing copy and visuals) to help apps get discovered.

I have a strong interest in UI/UX and enjoy bringing design and development together. I designed and developed this portfolio with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
